Your first offer is not your final product — it's the smallest thing someone will pay for that proves the value. Strip everything that isn't the core promise.

Build it in three layers: the core promise (the transformation), the concrete deliverables that make it real, and the extras you can add later. Sell the top of the pyramid first.
